There’s exercise and then there’s Exercise. There’s always that one last stretch and for the most part, no time at all for a great workout. There’s always something or the other which keeps the home exercise equipment feels just a bit inadequate. Right, you got your equipment, you work out on it, and then either after 30 minutes you have to have a bit more, or there’s no time at for the whole 30 minute muscle mass workout. Of course, that is assuming that you have the equipment or space for the equipment in the first place.
However, there are exercise concepts which do help in these cases. More like multipliers, where the effort for the workout is multiplied by the equipment used. Among these multipliers are weight attachments and resistance bands. The theory is that resistance bands not only push you to give more effort, they also help maintain a good posture for the exercise. Which is a good thing, really. No use going through all that exercise if you’ll just hurt yourself.
